Steve has been responsible for the set up and smooth operation of camps in remote Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East for more than 10 years.

Following a decade’s service in the Royal Australian Navy, Steve began working for a range of multi-national organisations, delivering all aspects of Camp Services and Facilities Management.

Steve’s management experience and expertise includes:

• Catering;
• Logistics and transport;
• Security;
• Warehouse logistics;
• Vehicle maintenance workshops;
• Electrical, mechanical and structural maintenance;
• Power generation;
• Potable water production and filtration;
• Procurement and cash management; and
• Financial control, (including budgeting and profit and loss management).

Steve’s experience in remote site set up has spanned the construction, oil and gas, mining and rail sectors and he has been responsible for camp procurement, mobilisations and close outs for companies and projects including (ESSG) Eurest Support Services Global Projects, McConnell Dowel Construction - Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline Project Western Australia and Exxon Mobil PNG LNG Upstream and Downstream Gas Project.

Along with the ability to forecast requirements and budgets, procure supplies, and develop and implement policies and procedures, Steve also has strong management and interpersonal skills. He has a proven track record in sourcing and developing strong relationships with internal, external, local and international service providers and is skilled at negotiating terms and conditions for service and commercial agreements.

Kerry has worked in the Environmental Health Industry for over seventeen years, holding positions in both the government and private sectors. 

Kerry’s extensive knowledge and experience can offer specialist expertise in:

• Drinking water and waste water systems;
• Occupational health and hygiene;
• Occupational health and safety;
• Waste management;
• Disaster management;
• Camp set up, management and logistical operation;
• Environmental management; and
• Vector control and dangerous goods management.

He has gained a sound knowledge of local government systems and operations through both senior positions within local government and through service on the LGAQ Environmental Health Reference Panel.

Many years working in remote locations, including many western Queensland remote councils and the Southern Highlands and Gulf Provinces of Papua New Guinea has given Kerry intimate knowledge specialised requirements of remote camp operation.

John has been providing specialised environmental management and natural resource systems management expertise to government, industry and the private sector for more than 15 years.

Often acting in a liaison role between catchment coordination groups, government, industry and private sector, John offers a unique combination of solid scientific and practical skills that are complemented by his interpersonal and facilitation experience.

John has experience in all aspects of:

• Pest and weed (plant and animal) management;
• Design and implementation of research monitoring programmes;
• Vegetation monitoring;
• GIS property / landscape infrastructure / regional ecosystems mapping; and
• GPS field data collection.

His strength in building collaborative relationships makes John the idea consultant to deliver specialist environmental, natural resource management, range land grazing and environmental impact assessment training.
